Vale Roy Bilton

I, like many in the Botany community, was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Roy Bilton.  Roy was an avid gardener and was one of the first in our community to dress up his home each Christmas.  His Christmas lights display was renowned as was his beautiful garden.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this very sad time. He will be sadly missed by us.

    Thank you so much for the fitting tribute to my grandfather Roy. He was very proud of his garden and Christmas lights. He loved to share his community spirit with all those he met. Leigh-ann Cornforth.

    Thank you Mr. Hoenig for your beautiful words about my dad, I met you a few times at the Annual Garden Competition Awards nights.
    Dad was one of your most ardent admirers and spoke so highly of you and your wife. I'm sure he would be thrilled with your very kind words. If there is a garden in Heaven, then i'm sure dad will be tending to it with the same enthusiasm he exhibited in his own garden. Once again, thank you. Susan Matthews
