Last weekend, I the privilege of welcoming the participants in the 6th Annual Pan Pacific Floreal Petanque Competition to our City and the Eastlakes Sports Club. Teams representing Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, New Zealand, Japan, Indonesia and New Caledonia came to play. The game which has its origins in France, is growing in popularity in Australia.
